Overalls? Check. Leather Overalls? Yes, indeed! Absolutely fabulous is all I have to say. The designer, Sarine Marie is a Los Angeles native and FIDM graduate. Born and raised into a fashion legacy, her designer parents have quite the impressive resume. I'm dreaming of summer just looking at this bikini from SwimSpot. Luckily, we are back in the high 70's here in LA after a week of unusually cold temperatures. There is nothing better than dressing with simplicity in the warmer months. Shorts, a hat and a cover-up. Oh and let's not forget about our free daily dose of Vitamin D.

Something Borrowed, Something Blue

I won't finish my title with, "Something Old," because that would clearly mean that I'm getting married and I'm clearly not. Anyway, anyone who knows me knows that my love for anything maxi runs deep. Oh and anything in black, of course. This jacket and skirt were a match made in heaven and an ode to the late Michael Jackson. I don't know, it just looks right up his alley except the skirt would be tight fitting pants and I would be doing an awesome dance move.

I really have to thank my sister for just being the best darn person alive. Thanks for taking amazing pictures and helping me create my first video. If you haven't seen it yet, please watch it below. I call it my "Bloggermercial" =)

I Wear My Heart On My Sleeve

My quest for heart shaped tops continues way before Valentine's Day is even being thought of. Perhaps it's because my heart (not my mind) is constantly in the past and future rather than the present. Who knows how long this is going to last but I'm hopeful that by the loved filled day, I will have moved on to smiley print tops instead.

A Dose of Simplicity
