4 Ways to De-Stress with HP x 360

Today, I'm sharing my take on 4 Ways to De-Stress, inspired by the HP x 360 four modes.

I’ve partnered with HP to test out their new X360 laptop. HP is currently traveling with Meghan Trainor for her “That Bass” Tour. Click HERE to follow along the tour, see how HP bends the rules, and access behind-the-scenes tour footage.

Who doesn't get stressed after a long work week? I know I do! If I don't take time out of my life to do things I love, I know I'll go crazy. So, today's inspiration is brought to you by the new innovative HP X360 which can be used in 4 modes – laptop, tablet, tent, and stand. Here are 4 ways I like to distress:

1. Hang with friends: I count on my friends to help me de-stress and forget about the work week. Meeting for brunch, coffee or shopping is my favorite thing to do. I can always count on a great laugh when I get together with them.

2. Yoga: I recently picked it up again after a long hiatus. I now count on it for my sanity and to distress. Meditation is really important to remain grounded.

3. Travel: I recently went on a trip up the California Central Coast. My friend and I drove through Big Sur where there was no cell phone service. It was so great to just put my phone down and take in the beauty of nature. More trips are on the horizon!

4. Stay home: I love to read and watch movies and there's no better place to do it.

I would love to know how you guys de-stress after a crazy work week! If you have any ideas and tips, please share.

Thanks for stopping by!

Sponsorship Disclosure: This post was brought to you in partnership with HP, but all opinions are my own.
