White Dress for Summer

Photography by Danny Estrada

I'm back with my second look in collaboration with Lulus and the perfect white dress for summer. My last look was definitely different, channeling my inner feminine side, while this one speaks to my bohemian spirit. I've always been a fan of maxi dresses in fact, I started my blog four years ago with the tagline, "Maxi lover." Some things will never change. Now that you've seen both looks, which one do you like best? Would love to know!

White Summer Dress

Today's post is in collaboration with LulusSince summer is here, we figured there's no better time to talk about little white dresses. I chose this flirty a-line, halter dress by JOA to channel my inner feminine side. Occasionally I bring her out and in doing so, I thought why not go all out with a pretty bouquet of flowers. I felt like a princess waiting for her prince charming. Nothing wrong with day dreaming every once in awhile, right?!

Stay tuned for part two of this collaboration where my love for bohemian style and maxi dresses comes into play.

Hola, Mexico!

I had an amazing opportunity to travel to Mexico City earlier this month for work. I didn't get a chance to explore too many places but wanted to share what I did see. I'll definitely be going back and recommend all of you to put it on your bucket list of places to go.

Here's a quick photo recap:

Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City
Loved the courtyard with all the red, green and white at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City
El Angel de la Independencia
Metropolitan Cathedral- Zocalo de la Dd. de Mexico
Inside the Metropolitan Cathedral- Zocalo de la Dd. de Mexico
Iglesia Del Convento de San Francisco

House of Tiles- Casa De Los Azulejos

Palace of Fine Arts - Palacio de Bellas Artes
Roaming the streets of Mexico City

If you're afraid to visit Mexico City, please set your fears aside. I spent the day alone sight seeing these places and was perfectly fine! From the architecture, to the history surrounding every street corner, to the perfect decor in every restaurant I stepped into, this city was nothing short of incredible. The people were so polite and helpful, even the uber drivers (yes there's uber there!) I've already decided I need to go back immediately. Who's with me?
