Wedding Invitations from Minted

So excited to share our wedding invitations from Minted today! Minted has an amazing array of invitations from different designers that are all beautiful and unique. I had never ordered invitations before so it was a shock to learn about all the different types of paper, fonts styles, colors, designs, and even presentation styles. With so many wonderful options to choose from, trying to narrow down  the best option took some time for us. Honestly, they're all beautiful so how do you pick just one?!

Our decision finally came down to our wedding location. Since we're having a destination wedding in Italy, it was best to pick one that allowed for a lot of information. I also wanted an invitation that we could customize and use images from our engagement photo shoot with our dog, Bodhi. Since Bodhi can't fly with us to Italy, I wanted him to be a part of our celebration somehow. After all, he is my fur baby! We finally came across Minted's mini-book invitation that included four pages, easily allowing us to put in all the information needed and with the ability to use our own images. We were sold!

There are a few options of mini-book designs so we went with a very simple, clean and white design with an elegant, cursive font. Not too masculine, not too feminine, it was perfectly in-between. On the first page, we decided on a family photo with Bodhi with our names displayed along with the wedding date.

The second page, we used an image of the location we're getting married at in Orvieto, Italy which is in the wine region of Umbria. We included details of where, when and the dress code.

The third page we included details for our guests regarding the welcome party and more information on the actual wedding including the address.

The last page included another image with Bodhi and text pointing our guests to our wedding website, which provides them with lots of travel tips and more details on how to best utilize their time in Italy.

For the RSVP card, we went with a simple design again using a bold font and gold foil lettering.

Lastly, Minted offers a great selection of customized stamps through Stamps.com. We picked one for the invitation envelope using an image of us in Positano, Italy when Raphe proposed to me last year. For the return envelope, we went with a simple design using our initials, M&R and our wedding date.

Overall, it was a very exciting process for us to create our wedding invitations from Minted. We've already received positive feedback from a few of our guests that they are the coolest invitations they've ever seen. I want to send a big thank you to Minted for gifting them to me and if you're looking for invitations for your wedding or any other event, Minted is the place to look.

Thanks for stopping by!
